For over a combined 25 years of Insurance and Human Resources experience, our success is proven.  Below is a brief background of the founders:

 

Michelle Droz

After working in the health care industry for nearly 14 years, Michelle's background includes financial underwriting for Small Group Business plans and medical underwriting while employed with MetLife and United Healthcare.  At Prudential Financial, Michelle worked in sales and marketing.  For the last eight years, Michelle held positions as an Account Manager and then an Account Executive for a local insurance brokerage. 

  

 

 

 

Kathleen Kulavik 

Kathy began working in the health care insurance industry in Arizona 13 years ago administering dedicated customer service support to one of Cigna HealthCare’s largest clients.  She then became a PPO Contracts Administrator for a local TPA responsible for negotiating and securing PPO contracts nationwide.  Upon relocating to California, Kathy managed the administration of employee benefit health and welfare programs as a Human Resources Benefits Analyst for companies in the hi-tech industry.  With her customer service, benefits, and human resources background, she was most recently an Account Manager for an employee benefits insurance broker. 

 

Dianne Abbas 

Dianne’s successful background includes 13 years of experience in the Insurance industry. For 8 1/2 years, Dianne was a Customer Service Representative with Delta Dental, in which she handled multiple issues including claims management, customer inquiries, and explanation of contract wording. She was eventually promoted to a management position where she worked with managers to resolve high level complaints and generate departmental and division reports. Recently, she has worked in the broker insurance industry for four years as an Account Representative managing day-to-day activities for the health and welfare benefit plans on an assigned book of business.
